Through this website, Amey LG Limitedoffers to users the access to the services of Revive project:

Revive is a marketplace that allows users to exchange anything that arrives to the re-use area at the HWRC of Witchford.

These terms and conditions apply to registered users. Registered users can explore reusable products, book their objects and upload the details of their donated items, being those uploading’s always needed to be approved by the staff at Witchford HWRC.

Revive project doesn’t hold any of the items to be exchanged and is not involved in the user responsibility of the item delivery to the HWRC and release of items from the HWRC.

The contract for the sale of items is operating under the ‘buy as you see’ policy, so the purchase will be done directly at the Witchford HWRC. The estimated price will be displayed together with the item description. The final price will be agreed during the purchase process at Witchford HWRC.

Revive do not control or guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, veracity, safety or legality of registered items.

   1.1. Points

Registered users can earn points by performing the following actions:

The points accumulated in any user account are not owned by the user, and therefore, they are not transferable by any means to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to another Revive account.

The accumulated points have no cash or monetary value. Points cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, redeemed or transferred for cash, prizes or tickets under any circumstances.

The points accumulated in the User Account may be cancelled if the user fails to fulfil any of the conditions included in these terms and conditions. Abusive or fraudulent use on the accumulation of points in Revive can result in the cancellation of points. Similarly, Revive points  policy may be changed and / or cancelled without any notice.

Your point total is compared to the point totals of other Revive users to determine your Revive rank.  


We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

In connection with using or accessing the Services:

Users are responsible for including objects details of items, including photo and information about the operation of the object.  

Users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity, legality and validity of the data relating to the objects available in the online platform.

When an object is reserved by a user, it will be blocked for all other users who cannot book them during a set period. The booking period is limited to 2 calendar days. 

Once the booking period has elapsed, if the object has not been picked at HRWC, the object will be available for other users. The reservation may be cancelled before the deadline.

Each user cannot simultaneously have more than 3 reservations. Besides, only 2 of them can be of the same subcategory. If the user let three booking periods expire without picking up the reserved item at the HWRC, he/she will be penalized. The penalty will be: the user will not be able to make new reservation within a month, unless you register a new item and throw it in the recycling.

The collection of objects is limited to 6 items per month and user..

Users accept that their uploaded items will not be immediately publicly showed in the website until the approval of the Revive staff. 

Registration of objects in the web platform involves the deposit of the object in the Revive area of the HWRC and the validation by our staff.

Revive reserves the right to reject uploaded objects, if they are not suitable according to this terms and conditions clauses. 

The maximum size and weight of objects Revive accepted will be limited by the availability of storage space in our infrastructure.

Users will not:

post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our site;

breach or circumvent any laws, third party rights or our systems or policies;

upload any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;

be able to take reserved items if do not pay the set priced of items purchased;

manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings;

post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content; 

transfer your Revive account and user ID to another party without our consent;

distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; 

distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Revive, or the interests or property of Revive users;

use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose. 

interfere with the working of our Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

harvest or otherwise collect information about users, such as email addresses, without their consent;

circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Services.


We make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production, however you must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system.

We can’t accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.
